Accessibility Statement

What we are aiming for

WeGen LLC targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for this website. Because we work with federal and state agencies, we also track Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, whose current standards incorporate WCAG Level AA by reference.

We say target rather than comply on purpose. Conformance is a claim about every page at every moment, and no honest organization can guarantee that continuously. What we can tell you is what we test, what we found, and what is still open.

What we have verified

Checked across every deployed page of this site on September 5, 2026:

  • Every page declares its language, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
  • Every page has exactly one first-level heading and a logical heading order.
  • Every page with repeated navigation offers a keyboard skip link to the main content.
  • Main content and navigation are marked with landmark elements, so assistive technology can jump between regions.
  • Every image carries alternative text.
  • Every form field has a programmatically associated label, not just placeholder text.

Where we fall short

This is the part most statements leave out.

  • We have not commissioned an independent third-party audit of this site. The checks above were run by us.
  • We have not completed testing with every combination of screen reader and browser. Our testing has focused on keyboard navigation and semantic structure.
  • Colour contrast has been designed for, but has not been measured on every element and state across the site.
  • PDF documents offered here, including our capability statement and white paper, have not been remediated for accessibility. If you need any of them in an accessible format, ask and we will provide one.

If something blocks you

Tell us and we will fix it. You do not need to know the standard or name the criterion. Describing what you were trying to do and what happened is enough.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to tell you either the fix or a timeline. If you need information from a page you cannot use, we will send it to you in another format at no charge.

For agencies and prime contractors

If you need an Accessibility Conformance Report for a procurement, contact us and we will provide one covering the specific product or service in scope, along with the testing method and date. We would rather give you an accurate report with known gaps than a clean one you cannot rely on.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act, or the federal agency administering the contract in question.
